Karynn Krill Weinstein

In the world of acrobatics, Karynn Krill Weinstein has mastered the art of balance and precision. Her journey into this captivating realm began with a close encounter with a mirror, resulting in a vow to steer clear of alcohol and non-prescriptive drugs. This decision was not just a personal commitment, but a testament to the love and support she received from those around her.

High school witnessed Karynn’s leadership prowess as the captain of the High School Team. The pinnacle of her athletic achievements came in 1976, when she not only captained the basketball team but led them to victory, earning a well-deserved spot in the “HALL OF FAME.”

Beyond sports, Karynn’s high school days were enriched by her passion for music. As the leader of a band, she fostered connections with fellow students across the country, even engaging in lively chats with a curious young boy from California. This period was marked by not only her musical talent but also her ability to create lasting memories.

College life beckoned, and Karynn found herself at Southern Connecticut State University, where she delved into physical education. A skilled swimmer and diver, she achieved notable success, placing 5th in a diving competition. Despite her initial aspiration to become a paramedic firefighter, she eventually realized the inherent risks and chose a different path.

Returning home after three rewarding years, Karynn embraced her role as a swimming instructor and diving coach for a local swim team. In 1984, she embarked on a six-year journey as a paramedic, all while pursuing a Master’s degree in exercise physiology. Balancing her studies with coaching a high school swim team and working in a physiotherapy office, Karynn showcased her versatility and commitment.

Karynn Krill Weinstein’s life is a testament to her adventurous spirit, from the acrobatic feats to the leadership roles and diverse experiences that have shaped her remarkable journey.
